Shipping & delivery

We deliver to all 27 EU member states. Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom are possible as exports on request (customs formalities are agreed in the quote).

Courier

Spools up to 15 kg are shipped as individual parcels by courier (DPD or a comparable carrier) with tracking. Typical transit time within the EU is 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Pallets

Larger orders are shipped on a pallet by freight forwarder. Pallet delivery is quoted individually and is usually the cheapest option per kilogram from about 100 kg.

Production time

All spools are produced to order. The production slot and dispatch date are confirmed in your quote.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and parcel count and are always stated in the quote before you order.

Damage in transit

Please check the parcels on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt; report it to us within 3 working days with photos.
