What we process

When you send a quote request we process the details you enter: company, VAT ID, contact person, e-mail, phone, delivery country and the content of your request. We check VAT IDs in the European Commission’s VIES system.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil and invoice orders and meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Order and invoice data are kept for 11 years as required by Croatian accounting law.

Recipients

Carriers and freight forwarders (delivery address and contact), our accounting and invoicing provider, and our hosting provider in the EU. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to info@filamenti.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or the authority in your country.
